  • How much space do you need?
    Our photo booth footprint is approximately 10'x10' with a minimum clearance of 9'
  • Will there be a booth attendant?
    Yes, there will be dedicated live attendants to ensure you get the best booth experience.
  • How long does it take to set-up and break down?
    We like to arrive 1 hour ahead of our scheduled start time. It takes about 45 minutes to set-up and less than that to break down.
  • What cities do you service?
    We provide photo booth service for all cities in the GTA including Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Brampton, Mississauga, as well as Hamilton, Milton, Georgetown, Guelph, Oakville, and Burlington. If the radius of your city is more than 40km from North York, it may be an additional charge. Please contact us for an exact quote.
  • What is the payment structure?
    A $200.00 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The rest of the payment will be due 14 days before the event. We accept credit & debit payments through square. E-transfer is also available hello@pictabooth.ca
  • Do you offer printing?
    Yes, we offer unlimited printing with both 2x6 and 4x6 paper sizes. Please ask for details.
  • Is there a limit to the number of photos?
    No, we offer unlimited sessions.
  • Can we choose between full body images or portrait mode?
    Absolutely! We can adjust our photo booths capture styles suited to your liking.
  • How long can you stay at our events?
    We begin an operation time with a minimum of 2 hours, but we can accommodate full-day and multi-day events.
  • Can the photos be branded with my company artwork or event details?
    Most certainly! We will work with you to include the text, design and logos you would like.
  • How many pictures can be printed per hour?
    Our specialized printers can print photos at a rate of: 12.4 sec/print for 4 x 6 photos 12 sec/print for 2 x 6 photo strips When we say instant printing, we mean it.
  • How can guests view and share the photos?
    Our photo booths are equipped with a variety of sharing features, including email, text, QR code, live gallery and a link to a website where you can view all the photos from the entire event, which will remain active for 30 days.
  • What kind of customizations are available?
    The whole photo booth experience will be customizable, such as: - Tap to start screen - Overlays - Templates - Backdrops (even customized backdrops) - Modes - Filters And more!
  • Do you hold outdoor events?
    Yes, however, a tent must be provided and set up to protect our equipment from overheating and other environmental factors to prevent other damages.
  • What is your student promo all about?
    Our student promo offers budget-friendly photo booth rentals for events like proms and grad formals. Capture memories without breaking the bank!
